Ashleigh takes a step inside each business by consulting the needs of both the internal and external customer. Ashleigh is experienced in dealing with customer facing businesses to design internal and external experiences, in both the private and public sectors.

Ashleigh enjoys using a collaborative approach to identify problem areas, evaluate systems and synthesis data collection. Ashleigh is able to bring together multiple perspectives to enable people to see connections between their current and desired future state. Ashleigh's ability to think outside the box, results in real-world innovation and alignment to social purpose. 

 

Ashleigh also holds a Bachelors in Education along side a Graduate Certificate in Service Design which has inspired her passion for human centred design and helping others. Ashleigh recognises the value of always putting people at the centre of the service.
