Example Artefacts
Throughout my work I embed a Double Diamond approach to Service Design. The Double Diamond approach has four stages: Discovery, Definition, Development and Delivery. Together, these stages work as a map in which I use as a designer to gather information and problem solve. The below are high level examples of the types of deliverables I have produced for clients throughout for each of these four stages throughout my design work.
Discovery - User diaries, conducted observations, developed surveys, undertaken stakeholder interviews and conducted customer and competitor research.
Define - Customer Journey Mapping, create Ideations (crazy 8’s), conduct prioritisation.
Develop - High and low fidelity prototypes & wireframes, showcase desirability, viability and feasibility diagrams.
Deliver - Presenting value exchange maps and value proposition canvases.
